BEAM was the best offer I found out of all the temporary storage and the fee was very affordable (cheaper than having done 2 lalamoves from my previous house to a friends house to my new house). We moved to Singapore with 5 big luggages. Acquired more stuff and needed to go away to another country for 1 month. We packed everything and just ordered pickup thru their app and they came. All is easy and smooth. After we came back to a different service apt, we arranged for drop off. No stress. Previously when I was looking and researching at different storage options, it was very stressful because I have to personally move the stuff to the storage space and retrieve. I’m glad I found Beam very very last min. It was also a cheaper option too! Give it a try! No brained.

Had an issue with 1 product being packed into another packaging so they had to ‘fish’ that product out and sent it over in a couple days time because we were in a hurry as well. Joan helped us so well through the process and for them to go as far to unpack 1 big box and get that 1 thing out (because it was an emergency matter) and sent it out to us so fast, was customer service at its best! Price getting it to us was very reasonable as well. Highly recommend them as the whole process went so smooth and fully according to instructions. 11 out of 10!

We relocated out of Singapore and have been using the Beam storage for 2 years now. The model and pricing are super simple, hassle free, unlike all the other storage companies in SG where they do promotions for 1 or 3 months for a one year contract etc. But since rent went up crazily in SG, our 15sqft space went up from SGD55 to now 70 a month. We swing by SG once a year to get a few boxes. We felt that it was better than shipping the 14-15 boxes to Europe which would cost over SGD4000 and there might be risk of loss, import documentations, tax etc.
