Space mobile app or your online dashboard, you can view, manage, and retrieve your items in storage with just
a few taps on your mobile devices.
We make storage affordable and provide transparent, standardized costings for storage by
item basis or storage by space, all inclusive of insurance. We offer pickup and delivery to your
doorstep, at a time convenient to you. BEAM helps you track and manage your belongings so you
can enjoy a clutter-free home and office.
Corporate customers who lack storage space, have a need to keep track of inventory, or
simply just don't have the time to stress over storage and transportation, should only have to
deal with one vendor - BEAM! The itemized inventory in the mobile app or online dashboard means you’ll always know what you have
in storage, and never have to purchase duplicates. Our BEAM Concierge picks up your items from
your office, and sends it back to you when you need it, or send it right to your branches and
customer premises.
Home customers planning for a house renovation, or simply need to declutter and make space
can now do so, since storage no longer costs a fortune! No matter how small or large your
requirements are, BEAM Space's per-item basis or storage by space solution ensures that you'll
never
have to spend more than necessary. You don't even have to visit a warehouse. Our Beam Crew
picks up your items from your doorstep, and stores it in our secured warehouse facility.
Whenever you need your items back, our Beam Crew sends it right back to your doorstep.
Unlike traditional storage providers, BEAM Space requires NO DEPOSITS! You only have to pay for
what
you store, nothing more.
There is no minimum storage period. You can store with BEAM Space for as long (or as short)
as
you want. Charges are done
on a monthly basis to the payment card on file.
BEAM Space provides insurance coverage of up to RM200 per box/item storage or up to RM1,000 for
space
storage.
We do not encourage storage of highly valuable items. If you would like to store anyway,
please inform us ahead of
time, we also encourage you to take up additional insurance from your providers, or we can help
you arrange accordingly.
BEAM Space's concierge storage is designed to make storage simpler and easier. With the
BEAM Space mobile app or website, you can easily store items
from your home or office by scheduling for pickups and deliveries,
and view your stored items in your mobile devices. There is no need to visit a warehouse.
We store everyone's items together in an unmarked warehouse, so we do not encourage
visitors for security purposes.
We also have partner warehouse located across the country which allow self-storage. Please

As we are primarily a full-service storage provider with pickup and delivery, the exact location of our facility is undisclosed to ensure the highest level of security for our customers. Our high security facility is intentionally unmarked and public access is limited.

Yes, you may use any suitable, clean boxes of your own, or choose BEAM Space cartons that are designed for safe, organised storage.
Our Fixed Space Storage plans include a number of boxes free of charge, and you can request additional boxes at $4 each if you need more.

Yes! Luggage and suitcases of all sizes are classified as odd-sized/oversize items and are stored
from RM12 per month each. This applies to all luggage types — cabin bags,
checked luggage, and oversized suitcases — because they exceed the dimensions of our standard
large box category (600×350×400mm) and are non-stackable.
Pickup and delivery is from RM50/trip.

Next-day pickup or delivery is typically available, and same-day slots are sometimes possible
(subject to availability). We recommend scheduling at least 48 hours in advance to secure your
preferred time slot, and you can book up to 2 weeks ahead if you have already planned out your
packing schedule.
Scheduling as early in advance as possible gives you a higher chance of securing the exact
time slot that is convenient
for you. The availability of the time slots are on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Should you require an urgent pickup or delivery, please note that there will be an Urgent
Pickup/Delivery fee based on availability of transportation and any specific requirements you
may have.
Storage
Boxes and Items are categorised based on the following dimensions (all three must fit):
Small Boxes (RM4 per month, or part thereof) - Each dimension within 350mm (L) × 250mm (W) × 250mm (H)
Large Boxes (RM8 per month, or part thereof) - Each dimension within 600mm (L) × 400mm (W) × 350mm (H)
Odd-sized Items (RM12 per month, or part thereof) - Any box or item where any dimension exceeds the large box limits above, or that is over
15kg, fragile or requires special handling.
Common items and their categories: Small boxes include documents, books, and
small appliances. Large boxes include clothing and kitchen items. Odd-sized/oversize items include
luggage and suitcases (all sizes), bicycles, golf bags, surfboards, and small furniture like folding
chairs and stools. Note: larger furniture such as cabinets, wardrobes, desks, and bed frames do not
qualify for per-item storage and should be stored by space.
The above items also need to meet the following criteria, if not, you will have to store by
space:

and size/type of vehicle required, and any other services you may require.

there is no lift access.

We charge a straightforward, flat monthly rate with no prorated fees. The billing period for your storage service starts on the date your items are picked up and stored. From that point, you'll be billed on the same date every month, ensuring predictable and consistent monthly payments. This means you pay a full month's rate each billing cycle, with no partial charges or adjustments mid-month.
One clear price, billed monthly from your start date—making your storage costs easy to understand and budget for.
BEAM Space respects your privacy and will not open your boxes/items. However, should there be a reason for BEAM Space to suspect that a box/item contains something that is prohibited, BEAM Space reserves the right to open such box/item to inspect and take the necessary actions.

If cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup or delivery job, or once the items have already been picked/packed at our facility, there will be a cancellation charge equivalent to the cost of the originally scheduled job (minimum of RM100), unless otherwise indicated in a formal quotation.
RM30 per level/person
Your first storage invoice is generated on the day your items arrive at our secure storage centre. Each subsequent invoice is then generated on the same date every month — for example, if your items arrive on 2 March, your first invoice is dated 2 March, followed by 2 April, 2 May, and so on.
If your billing date falls on a day that does not exist in the next month, the invoice is generated on the last day of that month, and all future invoices follow from that new date. For example, if your billing date is 31 January, the next invoice will be on 28 February (or 29 February in a leap year), then 28 March, 28 April, and so on.
Your transportation charges are due upon completion of the specified task.
All charges will be done via credit-card on file. Please do not provide cash to our Beam Crew or transportation personnel.
You can view and download invoices by logging in to your BEAM Space account on this website.
If you require an official receipt of payment, including detail of which invoices and credits were included, kindly drop us a message via the chat function once logged in on this website or the BEAM Space mobile app. Our customer service team will send it over once we have verified your identity.
We will remind you when you payment is due, should your credit card transaction fail. If the payment is not settled within 2 months, BEAM reserves the right to withhold your Items with us for sale or auction (please refer to section 7.9 of our Terms of Use, and we will also impose a late payment charge on outstanding amounts.
BEAM Space does not require any minimum storage period, or upfront deposits. Storage charges are on a monthly basis and charged at the end of a 30-day cycle. Eg. if luggage stored on 15th January and checked out on 30th January, Storage will still be charged for a period of one month on 15th February.
